ways. We want to be accessible whenever they need us. We feel that this is critical to
building trust.
▪ Innovation – We are never satisfied with status quo. If there’s a better way of doing
something, we do it. I there’s a new approach we haven’t tried, we’ll test it. As needs
evolve, so do our solutions.
▪ Solutions – We have a suite of solutions that we are eager to implement, but we know
that patience and attention to the basics are most important. At the core of our programs
is a center where girls, boys, single mothers, and high school drop outs can learn a trade.
In a constantly changing economy, trades provide jobs that are not going away, and they
have become more important than ever!
▪ Accountability – We hold ourselves accountable to the children and adults we serve; to
the future of the communities we serve; and to ourselves as passionate agents of change!
